A real estate brokerage firm needed a website refresh. While working individually on the project, I focused on cultivating a brand image that reflected that not only are they staunchly locally-owned, and operated, but representing many of the world’s finest homes for sale.

HL1 is the leading residential real estate brokerage in the State of Hawai’i by both sales volume and number of listings. Hawai‘i Life co-founded Forbes Global Properties and aims to form a truly global luxury real estate sales network.

The ambition of the website redesign was to echo the company’s persona which sells over $3.7 billion annually.
